Our partnerships enable our employees to acquire different products on preferential terms. On motorcycles, accessories and clothing, there are of course discounts. Take the chance as an employee to test the latest models. Our Freeride E models can also be tested on the specially created e-cross track in Munderfing. Always a great team outing.


Our KTM Academy offers a wide range of education and training opportunities. This includes training courses, workshops, seminars, meetings, conferences and inhouse trainings. In appraisal interviews and feedback sessions with your line manager your goals for the next year are defined. We offer you the necessary skills training to set you speeding off on your race to the goal.


We offer our employees additional, voluntary 'future risk insurance'. Per year - € 300 will be paid by the company towards this cover.


Flexible working hours are offered as part of our flextime model


We offer checkups and vaccinations for our employees. Additionally, we will encourage participation in sporting activities such as races, indoor soccer team, tennis cup etc.


We support parents returning to the workplace: Between 6:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., children from 1-3 years of age are looked after in our two toddler groups  in Munderfing and Mattighofen, only 10 minutes away from our headquarters.


Work hard, play hard. When we come together for Christmas, our successes are celebrated. The program in recent years ranged from an employees and athletes ceremony to cabaret through to a laser show. In addition, we also organize a summer festival in late July.


Our canteen offers varied menus daily. In addition, we have a refreshment station for the less hungry and quick snacks. Fresh fruit makes for your vitamin kick start to the day.


We think it's important that you feel comfortable from your very first day on. When we welcome you, you will learn all about our company and get to know more about one of the most successful motorcycle manufacturers in the world. We also support our international staff in the starting phase. Through our cooperation with the local organization "Lebensraum Innviertel", no question about "Living & Working in Austria" remains unresolved.


For your anniversaries as an employee after 5, 10, 15 and 20 years, we give gifts as an appreciation for your loyalty. Additionally, there are small give-aways in the course of Christmas celebration and our Summer festival.


We support our employees in relocating, even if only temporary accommodation is required. Depending on availability, we provide fully equipped apartments in the beautifully restored Gasthof Br?u in Munderfing or rent out reasonably priced apartments in the new Stadthaus in Mattighofen.

Pre-Selection / Feedback

If we require additional information or documents upfront, we will contact you by mail or phone. After the first pre-selection stage, we will give you feedback via phone or mail.


The most interesting candidates are offered an interview. Depending on the position and context, it can be a process of 1-3 stages. Your recruiter will inform you about the details of the interview partners and the process that awaits you.
